The Stages Involved In a Digital Marketing Campaign
As in any type of marketing campaign, a company needs to decide the reason for implementing a digital marketing campaign. Is it to increase sales, keep up with their competitors or, is it, to launch a new product. Once the purpose has been determined a company should now develop their campaign.
The stages involved in a digital marketing campaign are underpinned by theSOSTAC® model. This model was developed by Paul R Smith in the 1990s. It is an effective planning system for a marketing campaign which is also applicable to a digital campaign. The simplicity of the SOSTAC® means that it used worldwide by large and small businesses to develop their marketing campaigns.
